1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and pksk4 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://pksk4.cam (the "Website").

4 Account Eligibility

4. Single Account: You may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the pksk4 Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with all associated funds forfeited.

6. Own Funds: You are gambling with funds that lawfully belong to you and are not derived from unlawful sources.

5 Account Registration

To access the full features of pksk4, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any security credentials;
• Not share your Account login details with any third party;
• Notify pksk4 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat.

pksk4 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason. Accounts opened using false or misleading information will be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, pksk4 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is a one-time requirement unless documentation expires or circumstances change.

KYC documentation may include one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Age: Confirming the Player is 21 years of age or older;

pksk4 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required KYC documents have been verified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

pksk4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) exclusively. The following payment channels are currently supported, subject to change:

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

8 Bonuses & Promotions

pksk4 offers a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion (typically between 10x and 35x) and are stated clearly on each promotional page;

pksk4 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The granting of a bonus does not create any entitlement or expectation of future promotions.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on pksk4 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for slot and electronic table games, and use professionally trained dealers for live dealer titles. The fairness and randomness of game outcomes are independently certified by the relevant game studios supplying the software to the Platform.

pksk4 makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, win rate, or return on any individual game or session. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents a theoretical long-run average and does not imply any guaranteed returns in the short term.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during gameplay, pksk4's systems will attempt to restore game state automatically. Where full restoration is not possible, the affected round will be voided and any wager returned to the Player's Account balance. Decisions made by pksk4 in the resolution of technical disputes are final.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pksk4 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, or device;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided;

• Attempting to access other Players' accounts or the Platform's administrative systems without authorisation;
• Engaging in any behaviour that pksk4 reasonably determines to be in violation of the spirit of fair play.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pksk4 Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of pksk4 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any material from the Website without the express prior written consent of pksk4.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pksk4 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling activities;
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance or unforeseen outages;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials;
• Decisions made by pksk4 in the exercise of its discretion under these Terms, including Account suspension or bonus forfeiture;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or any other banking institution.

pksk4's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

pksk4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming behaviour:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure reminders and automatic session termination after a defined period of play;

14 Account Suspension & Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;

Upon Account termination for legitimate reasons not related to a breach by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Where termination is the result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, including fraud or prohibited conduct, pksk4 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including any real-money deposits.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16 Amendments to These Terms
